What is Coaching?
Professional coaching is an interactive process that helps individuals and organizations improve their performances and achieve extraordinary results. (International Coach Federation)
Coaching is a positive approach to what the individual wants to accomplish in their lives, how they want to be and what it is they want to do in making that happen with their goals, the results they want and the change they want to implement.
Your coach will not tell you what to do or focus on resolving difficulties from your past which impact your emotional functioning in the present. Nor will the coach solve your problems or focus on improving on your less-than desired behaviors or weaknesses or use their own experiences to mentor or guide you. (International Coach Federation).

It involves fulfillment, (what is it that you want, be do and have) balance, (having harmony in your life with all your responsibilities) and process (where you are now in what is going on), as well as perspectives, value clarification, accountability, visualizations, working with negative self-talk, your thoughts and what feeds your spirit.
